  If I could give this bank a zero, I would. I am no longer a customer, but my Mom is. Every time I go there I have a problem. First of all, they should not have a drive through. They do not have enough people working there, so there is always a minimum wait time of 10 minutes. Are ya kidding? Today I went in to cash a check for my Mom, who just had a hip replaced. After sitting at the drive through, behind someone for 10 minutes I decided to just go in. The person in front of me sat there another 5 minutes and then left, never being waited on. This is common. Once in the bank, I stood in line for another 5-7 minutes, because one of the tellers had no idea what he was doing, so the only other teller was helping him. So in essence there was 1 teller. When I finally got up to the window I was told that I could not cash the check because it was made out to cash, and not to me. Now ordinarily I probably would have been normal mad, but the fact is, I knew the teller. I have been a customer there and members of my family also for 20 years! It is a small town. So I was fuming. I had to go get my mother, who is 81 and since there is never anyone at the drive thru, she had to wobble in with her walker. She is very tired from the surgery, has other medical problems, and the last thing she should have had to do is get out of bed because this bank sucks!
